Please be sure to have registered all the names (Christian/surname) of your guests with us in advance. You will each be given a name badge / ticket on arrival to the registration hotel.

DRESS CODE: Intergalactic chic – a spacey interpretation of black tie. A prize will be given to the most creative interpretation!

Buses will leave promptly and we will not be in a position to accommodate late arrivals. Return buses (to the Hilton) will leave the Kennedy Space Center at 10:45pm –arriving at the Hilton at 11:30pm.

Sunday July 16th, 2017
08:30-10:00am For VIP ticket holders only, there is a private VIP breakfast held at the nearby hotel. You will need to be wearing your pass to gain access.
You will be sent local hotel information at the time of booking. We recommend preparing to book for both Friday 14th and Saturday 15th as early check ins will only be offered subject to availability. Most local hotels have 04:00pm as their check in time which may leave you a little tight on time on the Saturday.
EVENT REGISTRATION AND TRANSFER TO KENNEDY SPACE CENTER
Will take place at the Hilton Cocoa Beach Ocean front hotel. NASA requires that all guests go through security at the hotel prior to boarding buses. Return transportation will be provided for all guests from the Hilton to Kennedy Space Center. It is a 45 minute journey each way.
Since ASVC is on government property, civilians cannot drive themselves; Parking at the Hilton is free of charge. CHECK.

PHOTO WITH BUZZ ALDRIN
Only VIP and Premium tickets holders will have an official photograph with Buzz Aldrin which will take at the beginning of the evening’s events under the Apollo Saturn V rocket. The photo will be emailed to you after the event.
Due to demand and a busy schedule, Buzz Aldrin will not be able to give autographs during the gala. We are grateful for your understanding on this.
We will have an exciting Live Auction with approximately 8 lots that will be showcased at the event. The auction will be overseen by a professional auctioneer.
There will also be a Silent Auction with many more auction lots – this auction will go live online on Wednesday July 5th, 2017.
If you would like to bid for the auction lots, please be sure to have registered from the Ticket/Auction pages on the website. It is possible to bid for the auction lots without attending the gala.
At the time of booking, you will be prompted to mention any dietary requirements you have. We will be offering vegetarian options for all three courses.
Those who have booked under a group name will be seated with each other. There is a maximum of 10 people / table. Priority seating will be given to VIP Ticket holders. If you have any particular wishes, don’t hesitate to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate them.
HAIR AND MAKE UP SERVICE
Tenacious Glam Inc. will have professional hair dressers and make up artists at the Hotel from 10 AM – 4 PM for our guests. The sessions will be on a first-come, first-served basis and charged at cost. (Please know that the Foundation does not benefit from this service financially.) Quechua Shop & Massage Therapy, will be offering table and chair massages at the hotel this year. To book an appointment on either Friday afternoon/evening or throughout Saturday, ring to book an appointment with Mandy on 321-557-1121.
